Use EPOXY resin, put the board in a vacuum bag and leave it in a vacuum for about 48 hours.
It is made using advanced technology called vacuum glass, which presses EPS foam and carbon cloth together.
BLACK DART carbon is vacuum glassed, It is firmly pressed onto the EPS foam, resulting in a lightweight board with a strong surface!
Yet the ride is smooth and bouncy, allowing you to pick up speed quickly!
Shaped by MAYHEM at the LOST factory in San Clemente, The boards are sent to OLD CITY EPOXY in Florida, the same company that makes BLACK DART, and then vacuum-glassed.
It takes about five times as much effort and time to make this board as it does to make a regular board.
