Shopping Procedure

For used surfboards that do not appear in the shopping cart, please call us at 03-3732-5532 or fill out the email form to place your order.

If you would like to register as a member, please register by clicking "Register" under " My Account ."
*If you register as a member, you will not have to enter information such as your shipping address and contact details the next time you shop.

1. Select the product and add it to your shopping cart

Please select the product you want, check the product name, quantity, specifications, etc., and then click "Add to Cart." You can also change the quantity in your cart.
(Shipping and handling fees not included at this time)

2. Confirm your order details

Please double check the product name, quantity, specifications, etc. to ensure there are no mistakes, then select and click "Proceed to payment."

3. Confirm your registration details and shipping address information

Please check your registration details and confirm the address to which your product will be delivered.
*If the address registered in your membership information is different from the shipping address, please be sure to check the shipping address.

4. Specify delivery date and time

Please select your desired delivery date and time.

5.Select payment method

Select your preferred payment method and if you are happy with the details, click "Place Order".
Click "Place Order" to complete the shopping process.

6. Order completed

Once your order is complete, an automatic order confirmation email will be sent to you. Please check the details of your order. If you do not receive an automatic order completion email, please note that your email address may be incorrect or your order may not have been completed.
Also, depending on your spam settings, you may not receive the email. If you do not receive the email, please set your spam filter to allow emails from the domains "order@m.luvsurf.co.jp" and "order@luvsurf.co.jp".

This automated email only confirms that the site has received your order. No contract for the purchase of the product will be concluded between you and us until we send you an official email notifying you that your order has been received.

7. Corrections and changes after completing your order

Changes can be made before shipping. Please reply to the order confirmation email we sent you and include any changes you would like to make.
*If you have chosen bank transfer, please be careful not to transfer the wrong amount.
