Compensation details

If you injure someone or damage their property due to an accident while surfing and are legally required to pay damages, we will pay compensation up to a maximum of 30 million yen per accident. *Insurance companies and insurance agents cannot intervene in settlement negotiations. Payment limit: 30 million yen (There is no distinction between bodily injury compensation and property damage compensation.) (Self-paying amount per accident: 30,000 yen)
