We have received inquiries such as, "I made a purchase on the Love Surf web store, but I haven't received the confirmation email, shipping email, or transfer information email."
The other day we received an email from you saying that you "did not receive the confirmation email," but if you did not receive the automatically sent email, it means that you have not received any emails from us.
In such cases, we call the customer, but some customers have blocked calls from unregistered numbers, so we have been unable to contact them at all.
When you shop at the Love Surf web store,
1. (Automatic email) will be sent to the email address you registered.
2. After our staff has checked your order, we will send you an order confirmation email, payment details email, reservation email, or other email depending on the case.
