Today, the coldest north wind of the year was blowing so hard that some people were even wearing gloves and head caps.
Professional golfers Izuki Tanaka and Naoto Takanashi, who are not usually seen in this area, also headed south to this area of Chiba due to the extreme cold.
The board I ride is a COIL/SD3.
It was expected to be released this year, but instead of collaborating with Lost, COIL has decided to use their own shapers and launch the product under the COIL brand.
This means that LOST's COIL is a very valuable board.
This is a rare product, with only seven bottles ever imported to Japan, including this one from Nishii.
Nishii took this board on surf trips to California, Bali and the Mentawai, and as the Mayhem is said to be difficult to break, it is really strong and there is no damage, and for some reason it has not yellowed and is still pure white. The foam is EPS so it is very flexible.
There is currently only one left.
