I was checking out the board I shaped yesterday again.

The foam powder cut by the AKU machine is collected like this,
It is then reshaped into a recycled form called GREEN foam and reshaped into a board.

Mayhem was shaping a special custom order from a Japanese customer.
A custom shape with a flat deck F1 model and EVW/small SWALLOW tail.
Mayhem, who loves difficult tasks, gladly accepted the request.
He said he was able to shape a well-balanced board that looked good.
This looks so good I ordered one!
