Mr. A, You chose the PLACEBO "ORCA" SOFT TOP/HARD BOTTOM. Although he primarily rides a longboard, he was also looking for a shorter surfboard and when he heard about the arrival of the PLACEBO ORCA, he came to Love Surf on his way home from the beach. Unlike the stiff sponge boards on the softboard market that only offer a fast takeoff, the PLACEBO ORCA uses the same center stringer EPS foam found on regular surfboards, making it a high-end soft top board that can be ridden with satisfaction by beginners as well as intermediate and advanced surfers!

I bought a 6'8" board and after using it for a while, the board absorbed water and became heavy. Water started dripping from the board and the inside of my car got wet. Apparently, the sponge board, which was said to be safe because it had stringers inside, has become deformed due to the heat we've had up until recently. So, he didn't have a good board to ride next, but after some research he chose this 6'2" PLACEBO ORCA.

Mr. E, You chose the PLACEBO "ORCA" SOFT TOP/HARD BOTTOM. He has been using many LOST surfboards for many years, but this time he is buying one for his son who has just started surfing. He chose the ORCA. He wasn't sure if he wanted to continue surfing, so he started by learning how to paddle and take off on a sponge board. Apparently, his son had taken a liking to surfing, so he purchased this to take his skills to the next level.
