I went to the Epoxy Pro " XTR " factory.

We have been checking the boards that are taking longer to be completed than the many custom orders we have received from our customers.

I checked the progress of the board production and instructed them to prioritize the production.

Since the boards were being sent to Japan, we also prepared and laminated the MAYHEM TUNED FOR JAPAN mark.

This is the process of mixing the epoxy resin and hardener to glass laminate the XTR board.

Using a wooden spatula, slowly mix each piece by hand, taking about 3 minutes.

Further impurities are removed through a filter.

Epoxy resin is very delicate, so the amount of hardener and the hardening temperature are all carefully controlled in the factory.

It is formulated and tested throughout the production process. The XTR epoxy resin used is called XTR20.
