Until now, he had only ever ridden custom-made polyester boards, but he became interested in Placebos, so he came to our store and liked the shape and design of this actual Placebo competition model so much that he decided to buy it.

This is the largest size ``GOBLIN'' at 5'10" and 43cl, which he chose when he was transitioning from a longboard to a shortboard. He had been looking for a LOST/MAYHEM board to transition to a shortboard. At first, he was planning to buy the LIBTECH LOST because it was cheap and looked good, but when he consulted a friend who is knowledgeable about surfboards, he was told that surfboards are rarely damaged by cars, that the most important thing is how well they perform when you ride them, that he had seen them turn yellow quickly, and that no knowledgeable surfers ride them. So he came across the PLACEBO ``GOBLIN'' FLEXLITE-LMITED online from the LOST/MAYHEM boards sold by Luvsurf, and came in to see it in person, and he liked it as it met his needs. The 5'10" ``GOBLIN'' 43cl has this much buoyancy and is wide, making it the perfect board for someone transitioning from a longboard. For example, it's a safe size that can be ridden by people in the 50kg range or long riders in the 70kg range!
