Nishii's top recommended model for 2018 is the RNF-REDUX CARBON WRAP, which he recently purchased and rode. He was really enjoying it, but wanted a board with a little more buoyancy, so he decided to ride this 5'10" DIABLO-X CARBON WRAP as well.

This custom-ordered board is designed to be used in conjunction with the all-around "RNF-REDUX" CARBON WRAP, and is designed to be flatter, wider, and with less rocker for riding in small waves. The board is finished with a new epoxy resin tint that allows the high-quality lemon-colored carbon to show through, and the customer even specified the plug color of the FCS II fins, resulting in a highly customizable board.
When this board was completed and stored at LOST in San Clemente, Strider Wazulski seriously asked if he could take it because he wanted to ride it. The combination of the model, material, and color is certainly stylish, and the board is very light and looks great!
