He had been riding thinner, high-performance boards up until now, but with those competition-oriented designs, he couldn't catch any waves even if he was waiting inside a crowded beach break, so he made up his mind and came to our shop looking for a board with high buoyancy for small waves. He was debating between the RNF-RETRO and SHONAN WARRIOR models, but this time he decided to take the plunge and ride the SHONAN WARRIOR in the 5'4" size, which has more buoyancy and is better suited to small waves.

He had been looking for a board with a round nose design that was long enough to ride in large waves. He had looked at boards from various manufacturers, but when they got longer, the width, thickness, and CL value all increased, making them seem too big, and he had given up. However, he found the LOST RNF-ULTRA online, which has a concept design that met his needs, and came to see it in person. He was very impressed with the ultra-designed board, which can be used in both large and small waves, making it suitable for a wide range of wave conditions.

He wanted a board with a rounder nose than the one he was currently riding, so he was considering the new SHONAN WARRIOR model.
I wanted a board that moves well like the "GOBLIN SPLINT" model that I already love, but that moves more nimbly than the ORCA.
After consulting with us and considering the SHONAN WARRIOR in store, the customer saw it in person and liked it so much that he decided to ride it.
