"RNF-RETRO" RESIN COLOR was selected.
After much deliberation about the "CALIFORNIA TWIN" model, he finally chose the "RNF-RETRO" resin color. He said the current campaign offering this model at a discount was the deciding factor. He also chose the popular sunflower resin color. The actual sunflower color has a better texture and a more luxurious feel than it appears in the online photos.

This is a board that we shaped when Mayhem visited Japan in February. The board was completed quite some time ago, but due to the effects of the coronavirus, he was unable to surf, so he had been holding off on picking up the board because he would have wanted to go surfing again. However, since the state of emergency was lifted, he came to our shop to pick it up. It has a cool finish with a black resin color.

This board, shaped by Mr. C, was shaped at the LOST Surfboards-authorized MSP Factory in Fukushima Prefecture when Mayhem visited Japan in February. It's the "ROCKET-REDUX" model, which is popular at Love Surf among veteran LOST surfboard users around the world who want to ride it again. This model is popular with many people who have ridden it before and liked it, but now that it's been remodeled into a REDUX, they want to ride it again.

He chose LOST's "RNF-TWINZER" RESIN COLOR.
This RNF-TWINZER model is a secret model that's never listed online and is only available at Love Surf, no matter where you are in the world. While a typical quad board has smaller back fins arranged behind the larger side fins, this RNF-TWINZER model has smaller front fins arranged in front of the larger side fins, rather than behind them. Depending on how long you hold the rails and how strongly or weakly you turn, it can be more drive-y or looser than a twin fin, making it an interesting board.
He had been using the larger "RNF-RETRO" to get back into surfing, but now that he's back in good form, he's decided to try out the "RNF-TWINZER" model.

Two boards in total! Both were shaped when Mayhem visited Japan in February. This was Mayhem's first time in 12 years, and the customer didn't know when they'd have another chance to shape them, so they custom ordered two boards at once, and now they're finished. Both boards were made with CORE FOAM's Japan-exclusive "KIRI-FLEX" bracing, which is only available at this Made in Japan Custom Shape by MAYHEM event, and they're exquisitely finished, with a lightweight, soft, and strong flex that Japanese people love.
