The customer crashed his DRIVER model, which he had been using and riding well, and brought it in for repairs. However, new damage that needed repair was discovered that he hadn't noticed, and since the repair costs would be too high, he decided it would be better to buy a new one, so he bought the 5'9" DRIVER2.0 STAB IN THE DARK, which has a new, attractive design and color.

He said he had improved from a longer 6'3" board and chose this as his next step up.
He also liked the shape design, including the large MAYHEM logo. He came from afar to inquire about stock, but he wanted to ride it right away, so he came to the store that very same day. The board size he wanted was 5'10" to ensure buoyancy.

He chose the ROCKET REDUX because it is perfect for the waves in Shonan, his home spot that he commutes to from Tokyo for many years. He owns a variety of LOST surfboards, but he has always wanted to try the ROCKET.

This customer rides many LOST boards. He likes shorter boards with not too much buoyancy, so he purchased a RAD RIPPER, which he had never ridden before. He selected a 5'8" board size. On his way out, he also put the CALIFORNIA TWIN on hold, saying that he would buy it the next time he comes to the store.

This customer had previously ridden a sponge board and was asking for advice on what his next board would be.
I tried riding a longer shortboard and had no problems, and it was easier to control than a sponge board.
He came back to the shop on his way home from the beach, and we recommended a board with a little more volume than the test board, so that he could improve more quickly. He was happy to be able to switch from a leisure board to a real LOST surfboard.
