The highlight of the day was Hawaii's representative, Eli Hanneman!
The wave was to the left, so he took his fin out on the backside and raised the tail.
He caught a series of blow tail lips and achieved the highest total points of the day!
The board he was riding was the soon-to-be-released "DRIVER3.0"!
He also participated in the race riding the soon-to-be-released "DRIVER3.0."
Kedi Matson, who has just returned from injury, is not in good form.
I finished third and advanced to the illumination round.
Nishii recorded their first day riding on video.

このYouTubeで注目したいのは「イアン・クレーン」が「ラスタ・ロブ」と一緒に2人で『LIGHT SPEED2』に乗っています。
2人ともスタブハイでの優勝経験があるエアがとてもうまいサーファーなのですが、
ビーチブレイクの程良いサイズのパワーのある波でLIGHT SPEED2』に乗っているところです。
日本だとこれぐらいのサイズは波が大きい方になると思いますが、これぐらいのサイズや力のある波でも『LIGHT SPEED2』は機能しています。
「イアン」が乗っているのはカラーペイントしてあるのでわかりづらいのですが『SUB DRIVER3.0』モデルのスワローテイルの『LIGHT SPEED2』です。
