A new model from PLACEBO for 2023! We photographed Chucky Rigano riding the RNF'RETRO'18 DURA-FLEX3. To make it easier for photographer Nishii to find him in the crowded area and to ensure he didn't miss out, he had a Cyber Wetsuit custom-made and made in Ultraman colors! Wearing colored wetsuits is rare in California, where it's rare for anyone other than a pro to do so, so it stood out well and was easy to photograph.
In any case, the RNF'-RETRO'18 DURA-FLEX3 seems to be in good condition! The board size that Chucky, a cute guy with a small and chubby build, rides is a 28.25CL for his 5'3" build (weight just under 80kg)!
Rather than the large fins for this model, I'm using these QUAD fins that are genuine from the manufacturer.

このYouTubeで注目したいのは「イアン・クレーン」が「ラスタ・ロブ」と一緒に2人で『LIGHT SPEED2』に乗っています。
2人ともスタブハイでの優勝経験があるエアがとてもうまいサーファーなのですが、
ビーチブレイクの程良いサイズのパワーのある波でLIGHT SPEED2』に乗っているところです。
日本だとこれぐらいのサイズは波が大きい方になると思いますが、これぐらいのサイズや力のある波でも『LIGHT SPEED2』は機能しています。
「イアン」が乗っているのはカラーペイントしてあるのでわかりづらいのですが『SUB DRIVER3.0』モデルのスワローテイルの『LIGHT SPEED2』です。
