After custom shaping the "AERO-BLANK EPS" foam, the deck surface is hand-glazed with three layers of 4+4+6oz cloth, and the bottom surface is hand-glazed with two layers of 4+6oz cloth using epoxy resin!
Both sides of the surfboard are made of tapered carbon, with a narrow, pointed trim from 20mm at the nose tip to 1mm towards the tail end.
The nose area has a stiffer flex thanks to the wider carbon, while the tail area has a softer flex thanks to the thinner, pointed carbon.
