I was surprised when a collie suddenly appeared!

I was having a business meeting with Philedy, Presebo's US manager, at the Presebo office when Corey suddenly showed up, surprising me! After all, Cory was competing in the WCT Quarterfinals against Parko in Chile yesterday... I saw them play live with Mayhem yesterday, but they interfered and lost. It's a bit too early to come back, it's the WCT player's specialty of returning home immediately after losing. Cory was also surprised to see me at the PLACEBO office, but he told me that he's been based in San Clemente recently, from Florida, because it's easier for him to get work done (photography). He then picked up a finished board. He then asked me what his recent favorite was and showed me this board. It was an AC-QUAD 5'8". I've been taking lots of photos and videos with this board, which should be appearing in magazines and on DVDs soon. That's what they say. Today I tried riding a Conquest with tri-fins. It went well, even with the tri-fins. Because the tail has buoyancy, when you get caught in a curl and do a roll-in or roller coaster, it firmly catches the lip and curl, making it easier to create than a QUAD setup. The QUAD is great for quicker riding, while the TRI is great for more dynamic riding. This means the Conquest 5-fin set is a great value as it can be used in a wider range of waves.
