This is MONK FISH. Length is 6'0".
The Monk imported to Japan also has this same mark.
There are also types that can accommodate single wings.
5'10". The narrow nose 08' round nose fish can be used when the waves are good,
Apparently the previous type is more suitable for Japanese waves.
The 08' round nose fishtail can be fitted with a single wing.
The signature names on all of these boards are,
