■What is Fiberflex?
This is a high performance surfboard made with high density EPS foam and a Parabolic Carbon Fiber Frame.
The parabolic carbon fiber inner frame that covers the rails of the board creates excellent flexibility, has excellent shape memory, maximizes speed and drive, and is a surfboard with excellent control performance.
The combination of high density EPS foam and a parabolic carbon fiber inner frame allows the board to recover better under rider weight than traditional polyester urethane boards, resulting in longer turns.
The Fiberflex boards that Mayhem will be finishing in Japan are made with high-quality, UV-resistant epoxy resin. The epoxy-coated, high-density EPS foam core boards are five times stronger than regular polyester urethane boards.
