LOST/FIREWIRE balsa 3-layer parabolic rail cross section revealed!
This is the cross section of an actual FIREWIRE surfboard.
You can see that the balsa is made up of three layers.
You can also see that a PVC sheet is attached to the EPS foam.
This PVC sheet is painted white,
This prevents the board from yellowing due to UV rays.
Then, on top of that PVC sheet, there is a layer of epoxy glass and cross.
It is made of EPS foam, PVC and glass that encases the balsa rail.
This special 3-ply balsa improves the fatigue of the balsa material,
It can reproduce the flexibility and ride feel of new balsa for a longer period of time.
The last shipment in December was almost sold out in a flash,
Currently, there is only one 6'0" Stealth stockboard available, and it is extremely popular.
As previously announced, new sizes will be arriving at the end of March.
