Hydroflex Harz
To meet the high demands on board flexibility, a new resin mixture was developed. This new epoxy resin has high elasticity and excellent hardness.
It has high UV resistance.
The unique MicroRoute 3D lamination process secures the foam core in place with the laminate, preventing delamination. The vertical microprocessor secures the laminate and resists warping. HydroFlex epoxy resin provides high resilience, exceptional stiffness, excellent fiber adhesion, and UV resistance. HydroFlex blanks are constructed from modified, water-resistant polystyrene foam. The foam forming process is chlorofluorocarbon-free, an ozone-depleting agent.
