What is Flexlite 2 (softflex)?
This is only available on the 2010 Placebo [SCORCHER].
It's a new material.
The difference with FLEXLITE is that the deck is designed to fit the user's stance like a POLY board.
It was designed to get dented.
The basic core (EPS) and the board's appearance are the same,
Instead of the PVC sheet used in FLEXLITE,
We use a fiberglass sheet called "BI-Accel."
It is stronger and less likely to crack or break than regular poly boards.
When you step on it, you feel the softness and it responds better than PVC sheets.
I feel it a lot.
Even if it does get dented like a POLY board, it is less likely to crack and will last longer than POLY.
FLEXLITE has a stronger surface, but it is not suitable for the stance preferred by professionals and advanced players.
The greatest feature of this material is that it can be made into indentations.
