It is produced as a friend brand by a small group of young, genuine San Clemente locals.
The brand name "NECK TANS" means "sunburn on a surfer's neck."
The brand name comes from the sunburn that occurs when wearing a wetsuit.
The name is cool and the mark is well designed!
