Today I'm riding my second personal board, the SUB-DRIVER-JP model, for the first time.

The tail area is wider than the SUB-DRIVER and the board is thicker in the center.

This is a photo of the product after just applying the FU WAX BASE COAT.

It is designed to be applied in finer, flatter particles than other manufacturers' base coats.

The fins are set to WARD3. The SUB-DRIVER-JP model has a lot of volume across the board, so the paddle moves forward well and it has the fastest takeoff of all the DRIVER models.

Today's waves were coming from the south, but they were gradually getting smaller, so choosing the "SUB-DRIVER-JP" model was the right choice. The board Masaki is riding in the photo is the "SUB-SCORCHER2" model.

We went undercover at the LOST surfboard factory. Mayhem is currently on a business trip to Costa Rica.
This is a custom-ordered board from Japan that was finished before the business trip.
This is the XTR 3D CARBOLIC specification of the SUB-SCORCHER2 model.

This is Kolohe's board in the MAYEHM office.

The model was "DRIVER."

This is the nostalgic "FLASH BACK" model. The fin was broken and about to break.

There were also some broken Kolohe boards lying around.

Starting in June, we will be using a red order form for orders from Japan.
They made it so that it would be easy to find and that it would be clear that it is a special board with a Japanese finish that differentiates it from other boards made in the US. This will improve delivery times and allow us to deliver boards to everyone more quickly and reliably than before. I'll report back tomorrow.
