The "V2-SB" model, which was released exclusively on this blog as a new model for 2014,
I have a feeling this will be the most popular high-performance model to drive in 2014.
Nishii has been borrowing Luke Davis' boards for test rides since around October 2013, and has recently started riding the completed personal board. I would like to point out that this board has two excellent features.
First, this photo shows how I was able to maintain speed on this thick section of the wave.
The board design is an extension of the Lost "V2-ROCKET" model, so
The board has thickness in the center and a flatter rocker than other LOST high performance boards, so you can surf thick waves without any difficulty.
Another thing you can imagine from this photo is the excellent snap performance of the top action.
The end width of the squash tail has been narrowed, and MAYHEM has designed it to blend in with the rocker curve in the tail where your back foot rests to create a balanced snap, allowing for more nimble top action than ever before.
