We shot a riding video for the new LOST Japan-exclusive model on T-STREET.

MAYHEM names the model "Short Round" as a special small wave board for the SHAW contest.
This is a competition board shaped and designed by SHAW, who has won two consecutive NSSA men's classes.

The fins are FCSII 5-fin specifications, and SHAW always surfs with 5 fins.
The board is 5'0" long.

The photos up to this point were taken with a wide lens, so it's hard to see the outline of the board, but
Simply put, it is a short, round board. It may look similar to the COUCH POTATO or LAYZ POTATO, but
It has a pointed nose and a different squash shape to the tail.

I think this photo makes it easier to imagine.
The super deep single axel concave at the tail end of the bottom generates incredible speed in small waves.
According to SHAW, if you attach the AUROLA REY fins you can ride overhead.

It can be ridden as short as a COUCH POTATO, allowing for the movements of a shortboard suitable for competitions.
This is a new mini board design from MAYHEM, joining the lineup as a new Japan-exclusive model for 2014.
Nishii has also ridden this board and feels that it is quick, sharp, and allows for fast and crisp movements.
Nishii recorded SHAW's surfing on video this time, so please look forward to its release!
We will continue to release information about the "Short Round" model, so please look forward to it!
