Luvsurf TV:Placebo “LAYZ ORCA” Koji Nishii
Rider: Koji Nishii
Board used: Placebo 5'8" LAYZ ORCA FLEXLITE-TURBO/FCSII
FILM: Toku
EDIT: Total Video Service

This model was developed and designed for the super small wave, crowded surf spots such as Shonan.
LOST's ORCA model, with board size and design adjustments.
This model adds performance.

The super fast take-off performance has been inherited, so you can stand up even on waves that haven't yet broken.
The thick wave quality that surfers express with only the top breaking is also better than other models.
It is characterized by its ability to surf easily.
*To ride small waves well, you need to do the following, like in the video part in this photo:
Push the board into the wave and jump repeatedly.
By using the force that makes the board rise up, you can ride with the wave.
Give it a try and you won't be left behind by the waves and you'll be able to ride the waves well.

You can move quickly on the gentle wave surface with a slope that doesn't dig up, and after the board stops
The speed recovery is excellent.

My best size is knee-high waves, but once you get used to it you can ride waves up to chest-high.

Even in conditions where the waves are not powerful and only long waves can enjoy surfing,
With this LAYZ ORCA model, you'll have a comfortable and enjoyable session.
I was looking for even better take-off performance than the Placebo "FISHQUEST II" model,
This is a recommended board for those who often surf in crowded, small wave conditions such as Shonan and Isonoura!
Now, please take a look at the riding video.
