This "HYDRO FLEX/EFC" is equipped with an extremely thin center stringer.
The interior is made of a new material called closed shell foam, making it 100% waterproof.
Until now, HYDRO FLEX only had EPS and regular PU foam that absorbed water.
HYDRO FLEX is a waterproof foam that is soft and flexible, and I want a board that actually feels good to ride.

This is a HYDRO FLEX board that has been developed in collaboration with HYDRO FLEX for the past three years and is sold exclusively in Japan.
It is extremely light and much lighter than the boards used by WCT surfers.
And yet, it is so hard to make dents that it can be said that they do not form any.
Furthermore, the board has been finished with an unprecedented feature that prevents peeling with a 99% accuracy.
Of course, the fact that it rides well is guaranteed by Nishii, Masato and SHAW, who were in charge of the test rides.
Even when looking at a SHAW test board power surfing, there is no dent in the stance, it is so strong.
At the same time, it flexes smoothly, so the ride feels just as Japanese people would like it.
Nishii didn't even have a dent in the board he rode today, and Masato is currently riding a lot in typhoons in Japan.
