It's contest season in California.
Skilled surfers from all over the world come to surf at LOWER.
They gather every day.

On the beach, accompanying coaches, parents, and others are taking photos with photographers.

Nishii cut his left leg, and Masato was also photographed.
I hadn't surfed in a few days,

The Lower is full of kid surfers and reserved for older guys, so please avoid it.
I went surfing at the nearby Upper. It was empty and the waves were good.
The board Nishii rode was a 5'8" SUB-BUGGY-JP POLYESTER.
The fins are, of course, QUAD, with the front being KA-M size.
The rear is a combination of Performer M size.
These are the measurement results from a GPS surf watch.
Today I took 25 trains in about 2 hours. The maximum speed was 26.6km.

It was desk work that had piled up at the Luvsurf USA office.
Well, I'll report back tomorrow.
