In a small factory in Brazil,

It is a secret recipe that only FU can make, and is 100% handmade, carefully mixed and produced over and over again, taking time and effort.

For several months, the products are shipped to Japan and used by highly discerning surfers who don't compromise on surfing goods.
We will explain how to properly apply "FU WAX" for winter use.

*To create the base, first apply "BASE".
The Nishii method involves carefully applying
the FU WAX without leaving any gaps, as if painting a picture, by pressing
the FU WAX horizontally from the stringer to the rail for about 20 to 25 cm.

Once you have painted the entire board, paint another 20-25cm lengthwise in the same way.
Apply "FU WAX" by pressing it down.

If you have been riding a POLY board for a long time, it will have many dents and bumps, so if you try to smooth out those dents with
FU WAX , there will be some areas that are not covered, so it is better to make the edges a little sharper as shown in the photo so that
the FU WAX can get into the dents as well.

This is the amount of "BASE" used after applying it vertically and horizontally.
Apply approximately 1/4 to 1/5 of the amount to a standard shortboard.
This is just the right amount.

*As a mid-coat,
Apply "COOL" on top of "BASE". Apply it more thinly than when you applied "BASE", carefully and carefully, leaving no gaps, as if you were coloring a picture, pressing down about 20-25cm vertically and 20-25cm horizontally to ensure no areas are left unpainted.

*As a top coat,
Apply a very thin coat of "COLD" in the same way. Apply it carefully and thinly in both vertical and horizontal directions without leaving any areas uncoated to achieve a perfect grip.
We recommend a mix of all three!

The finished surface will look like this. Unlike other surf waxes, you need to apply it carefully to get it to look like this. Just by looking at it, it looks like it will have incredible grip!
Unlike previous waxes that only grip horizontally,
FU WAX does not require you to create bumps to grip left and right.
"FU WAX" is a "3D surf wax" that grips and tucks not only left and right, but also upwards, so be sure to apply it carefully and skillfully so that no areas are left uncoated.

I often see people applying wax only to the front of their board, leaving the top of their deck grips unapplied, but in surfing you can ride on the unapplied parts, so be sure to apply wax to the entire board, including the nose. Applying wax all the way to the nose keeps your hands from slipping, so when you're waiting for a wave and moving to catch it, you can move quickly, and there's a big difference between having wax applied and not applying it, allowing you to move better!

Please refer to the PRO board to see where the wax is applied.
