Once again, in response to Chucky's request, we went to HUNTINGTON Beach for a photo shoot.
Recently, California has had consistent waves and the water temperature has been warm enough to wear board shorts, but since yesterday, the size of the waves has dropped significantly and the water temperature is now ideal for a full tracksuit.
Chucky, it's a bit of a stretch, but it's a head-dip barrel.
The shooting location was on the north side of the famous pier at Huntington Beach.
It's called North Side Pier.
The waves are small, making the shore break at Huntington Beach great.
The photo was taken during high tide.
Chucky took advantage of the short length of 5'4" and showed off the tight, instantaneous, and sharp lip action that is unique to the
"SHORT ROUND" model.
The waves were small, about knee-high, so there were a lot of people swimming at the shore break, and it was a bit of a Chucky showtime.
The "SHORT ROUND" model is a masterpiece for both LOST and PLACEBO.
The SHORT ROUND was released as a Japan-only signature model for its creator,
Sho Kobayashi. After being ridden extensively in the US by
Sho Kobayashi himself, it became a hot topic in the US after winning consecutive contests.
US LOST was inundated with inquiries, so much so that it was released in the USA a year after its release in Japan, making it such a world-famous model.
