Mayhem custom order surfboards from Japanese customers
I went to deliver the order.
The ARCTIC FOAM that was just delivered is lined up inside the factory.
It's spectacular to see them lined up so neatly.
As summer ends, we receive the most custom orders in CALIFORINIA.
AKU's foam cutting machine operates without interruption in the factory.
The carbon bands for the carbon wrap are wrapped here at LOST.
The glass is then transported to the glass factory, where it is carefully handcrafted according to the outline of each model.

These are the waves from the other day. This is the only place in the world where you can test boards on waves like this. Because LOST surfboards are developed and designed for waves like these, they are tuned so that every model will ride well.
