This board is a gift board chosen by Shou Kobayashi, whom Ichi regards as his older brother.
While Sho was in California the other day, he saw Ichi surfing and noticed that Ichi was getting taller and his board was too short for him to get high scores in contests.He found a board that a team rider in California had returned to him and thought it would suit Ichi, so he quickly shipped it to Japan in the hope that it would arrive in time for the main event of the All Japan Championships.
Just before the day before we left for Toyohama Beach in Shizuoka Prefecture, where the main event of the All Japan Championships was to be held,
After receiving this board, Ichi bought stickers and deck pads for his sponsors.

I took a test ride on the same day and felt it was a magic board, so I decided to use it in the contest.
