Every day, I've been working with MAYHEM in the shaping room to shape several new model ideas.
We create test boards many times, but the most important thing is the design, and Mayhem designs them on a PC using the AKU machine's design software, as shown here.However, the design of the foam cut by the AKU machine is never perfect the first time, so we have to revise and change the design of the actual product many times.
There is a discrepancy between the form on the PC screen and the form cut by the AKU machine, so I adjusted it many times.
Once the cut design is perfect, the shaping stage begins.
MAYHEM always says that they don't want even one bad board to be released into the world.
This high level of pride as a shaper is what makes MAYHEM's boards so good.
