Kei Kobayashi finished all of the 2017 QS events and ranked 100th.
This 100th place ranking will be a high-grade ranking for the first six months of next year, 2018.
They will be given seeded entry into the Prime QS10000 and QS6000.
This year, 2017, is the first year, so I don't have any points.
