Even on small, choppy waves, you can take off super quickly and catch the waves!
This model was custom-made for Mayhem and developed specifically for the crowded, small waves of Shonan, where the waves are often weak and small. This ultra-fast takeoff model is named after the killer whale of the sea. It feeds on 300kg polar bears and whales, and even attacks and kills great white sharks. It's designed to compete and win against funboarders and longboarders other than advanced surfers in Shonan.
The bottom features a dome-shaped HULL bottom design, similar to the bottom of a boat. This cutting-edge design allows for easy rail work, carving and slash turns, and lip control even on extremely wide boards. The design is fundamentally different from the flat bottoms found on retro or beginner-level funboards.
Of course, the takeoff is incredibly fast, but the initial speed after taking off and standing up is incredible; if you push the rail into the wave and set it in the direction you want, the board will start to move forward and you'll be able to easily get through even the slower sections.
While the maneuverability of the Japan-exclusive DIABLO series model is superior, the ORCA offers superior buoyancy, a flat rocker, and a flat outline for a large water contact area, providing excellent stability when paddling! Its quick takeoff makes it easy to move forward. Use
the ORCA in small, weak waves and crowded spots. We guarantee you'll be able to catch a ton of waves. It's also recommended for those who want to break away from longboards that are difficult to carry, or who don't like the clunky, beginner-style funboards.
The fins are only available with 5 plugs/FCS specification so that you can ride with quad, tri, or 5 fins.
