The main ingredient of this supplement was originally commercialized by Unitika.
Arabinose is a type of oligosaccharide that has also been patented.
And if you take this with dietary fiber called indigestible dextrin before a meal,
It significantly inhibits sugar absorption.
However, it only inhibits sugar, so it works on alcohol, starch, and sugar, but not on lipids.
So I completely avoided oily foods.
