The package box contains the heat vest itself, a battery, an instruction manual and a warranty card.
The vest is made from the lightest, most flexible, warmest and thinnest 0.3mm neoprene.
Battery and charger are included.
Preparation before use.
Each component connector has a dummy plug attached to protect the pins, so please remove it before use.
Connect the battery connector to the Rip Curl charger and tighten the connector screws.
(Be careful not to tighten too much.)
The time required for charging is approximately 3 hours.
The red light in the photo indicates charging. Charging is complete when the light changes to green for full charge mode.
Once charging is complete, be sure to check that the O-ring (packing) is attached to the battery.
A spare O-ring (packing) is also included.
Connect the battery to the vest and tighten the connector screws.
(Be careful not to tighten too much.) Now you're ready to go.
The heat vest can be switched between two modes: low temperature mode and high temperature mode.
▼Low temperature mode
Press and hold the switch in the center of the battery for about 2 seconds.
When this green LED light comes on, it means the unit is in low temperature mode.
Battery life in low temperature mode is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
▼High temperature mode
Press and hold the switch in the center of the battery.
When this red LED light comes on, it means it is in high temperature mode.
Battery life in high temperature mode is approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes.
Once you turn it on, you'll notice the vest getting warmer almost immediately.
To turn it off, press and hold the button for about 3 seconds.
