The brand name "NECK TANS" refers to the tan on a surfer's neck.
The brand name comes from the tanning process that occurs when you wear a wetsuit, which can be worn any time except in the middle of summer.
It is a US big size, 80cm x 150cm, designed and produced for surfing.
