LOST's full carbon material, "DOUBLE DART," is a trademarked surfboard technology developed by Florida-based epoxy composites expert Drew Bagget.
The DOUBLE DART is made from a unique carbon and S-glass hybrid. The board is shaped around a 1.5 oz high-density EPS core, which is divided into upper and lower sections at the edges of the surfboard, and the entire board is completely vacuum-glassed and wrapped in two carbon fiber shells, which is a very time-consuming process.
