The "2percent" team, led by Kolohe Andino, is currently in Japan promoting their first movie, "Hijinx," and the day before yesterday, on August 19th, I went to a free session in Shidashita, Chiba with staff member Ryuji!
During a surf session at Shizunami Surf Stadium the day before, we broke the surfboard we had brought with us, so we quickly went to deliver a number of surfboards to Kolohe Andino. Are you curious about what kind of surfboard Kolohe chose?

This is a JAPAN LIMITED MODEL of a beach break against Japan, created by Mayhem and Kolohe Andino for the Tokyo Olympics held at Shidashita!
LOST "SUP DRIVER" POLYESTER MADE IN JAPAN QUALITY!
The conditions at Shidashita on the day were chest to shoulder high offshore waves, with the latter half of the wave being stronger offshore and quite fast, but Kolohe Andino had a blast with his SUP DRIVER, tubing, airing, and ripping!
At times, Kolohe Andino even gave a push to some of the kids who had gathered to surf with him, giving us a glimpse of his kind personality during this super session!
On the final day, August 22nd, there will be a surf session and screening at Kizakihama in Miyazaki, so if you're in the area, be sure to come along!
