After custom shaping the AERO BLANK EPS foam, three layers of 4+4+6oz are applied to the deck surface, and two layers of 4+6oz cloth are hand-glazed with epoxy resin to the bottom surface. Half-inch carbon stringers are installed in a straight line on both sides of the surfboard, providing a solid ride that will satisfy even veteran surfers who are accustomed to riding Polyester surfboards!
