MAYHEM will be shaping custom boards here in Japan for the first time in 12 years!
The custom board shaping was done by Mayhem in Japan, and a Japanese factory that has owned AKU, officially endorsed by professional surfer Nishii, for over 10 years was in charge of completing the custom shaping when Mayhem came to Japan.
Mayhem will shape your surfboard and finish it in our MADE IN JAPAN factory.

*Mayhem himself is coming to Japan for the first time in 12 years to shape you.
*Lightweight and high-strength high-quality Japanese glass finish.
*The completion time is approximately two months, about half that of products made in the USA.
*Custom order fee of ¥15,000 is free.
*Price is the same as the 2020 USA-made stockboard.
*Airbrush and resin colors can also be ordered.
*You can choose from two materials: POLY or EPS center stringer board.
