PLACEBO “LAYZ POTATO-Redux” DURA-FLEX
This model was created by MAYHEM and Nishii, who recalled all of the past Presebo surfboard models.
In order to REDUX the board that worked best, the two of us went back in time to find out which model it was.
Together with Mayhem, we compared and reviewed riding videos of Nishii and the team riders, and we realized that it was the LAYZ POTATO, the predecessor of this model.
The two of them agreed and decided to go with REDUX.
To improve the performance of the LAYZ POTATO, we removed the double wings and created a beautiful, connected tail outline at MAYHEM's suggestion. We also changed the tail shape from a squash tail to a swallow tail, improving control performance.
There is a long straight section in the center from nose to tail,
Although it is a short mini board, it not only has excellent maneuverability but also excellent driving performance.
The rail shape is a thin, soft rail, carried over from the previous model.
