"DURA-FLEX" is a new eco-friendly technology.
DURA-FLEX is durable and strong, far exceeding the typical PLACEBO POLY, and its UV-resistant white paint prevents discoloration and allows for long-lasting use.
DURA-FLEX is made from custom-shaped EPS foam from
AEROBLANKS , with the deck surface made of three layers of 4+4+6oz and the bottom surface made of two layers of 4+6oz cloth hand-glazed with epoxy resin.

Last year, the board was well received by a wide range of users, including those who were just starting to surf, those getting back into surfing, those switching from longboards to shortboards, and those who wanted to use it in small, weak waves, and it sold out quickly.

"LAYZ POTATO-REDUX"
This is a REDUX version of
the "LAYZ POTATO," which was chosen by MAYHEM and professional surfer Nishii as the best out of all PLACEBO surfboard models.
The outline has been refined from nose to tail, creating a long straight section in the center for improved driving performance.

The bottom shape starts with a double concave in the nose area and is deepest in the front fin area, allowing you to ride in small waves and waves with little power. The VEE in the tail end fin area makes it easy to control in a back stance.
Both sides of
the PLACEBO DURA-FLEX surfboard have built-in half-inch carbon stringers that run in a straight line from nose to tail, preventing twisting and providing a solid ride.
