"ORCA" has been popular and has received many inquiries even after the 2020 shipment was sold out.

The 2021 "ORCA" that arrived early this month is selling well!

At this rate, it'll probably be sold out before spring arrives...

The secret to ORCA's popularity is that its quality is sure to satisfy even the most experienced surfers!

In recent years, soft boards made of sponge and other materials have become popular all over the world, and are often seen at the beach. However, many of the soft boards sold in Japan at low prices quickly become heavy due to water ingress, flooding the inside of the car after use, and I have heard stories of people who end up not using them, and then they end up gathering dust in the back of their garage, unused...

 PLACEBO's "ORCA" is different!

The structure is such that the center stringer is shaped from EPS foam, two layers of cloth are glassed with epoxy resin, a thin layer of bamboo is attached on top of that, and a soft top is attached on top of that, making it completely different from the general sponge boards on the market, and significantly different from the strength, ride feel, and quality of a surfboard.

The deck of the ORCA is covered with PVC rubber, which not only absorbs shock but also provides a firm grip when wet, so no wax is needed!
Because it has volume, it is stable and takes off very quickly, and just taking off will give you more speed, giving you more room to try things you don't normally do like switch stances and nose rides!

The trick to riding the PLACEBO ORCA Soft Top & Hard Bottom well is to make sure you put weight on it and ride on a wide line.
This will allow you to drive relaxedly and gracefully through turns, and when you want to rip, step on the tail and put weight on your back foot to move lightly.
