"LOST surfboard custom order"
They are made from scratch at the LOST Surfboards headquarters in San Clemente, California.
Mayhem from LOST himself will design and tune each pair of glasses to fit your desired model, size, and detailed requests.
Your board will be shaped in Mayhem's own shaping room. Once the shape is complete, Mayhem will personally sign it with your name and finish it off. This is the same production process as pro teams like Kolohe, Griffin, Mason, and Carisser Moore. Once shaping is complete, the board is transported to a glass factory specializing in each board technology, where it is glassed and sanded for completion. It is then delivered to LOST Surfboards headquarters, where it is quality-checked by Luvsurf USA staff member Shaw Kobayashi. After inspection, the board is air-shipped to Japan, where it is once again quality-checked by Luvsurf before finally being handed over to the customer.
The delivery time is approximately one month, based on a four month time frame.
