[Translated] LOST "DRIVER 2.0" Mayhem's model explanation video

Driver 2.0
It's the pinnacle of high-performance models.
A shortboard with the latest design that can handle any movement.
Lost Surfboard's top model
The Driver has been a staple model for Lost Surfboards for a long time.
This model was developed in collaboration with some of the world's top WCT surfers.
The latest model of that driver is Driver 2.0.
This driver 2.0 was developed about 2-3 years ago.
I've been working with Griffin, Korohe, Carissa and others to make small improvements.
From there, we made some final tweaks to the Driver 2.0 before releasing it.
That's exactly what Griffin Colapinto's magic board was.
Griffin was riding a Driver 2.0 when he made his WCT debut, winning big at Kirra in 2018.
All the data collected from Griffin's Magic Board is used to create the stock size base for the Driver 2.0.
Just as we were about to announce Driver 2.0, we were asked to participate in Stab in the Dark.
It was a special edition of Stab in the Dark, with a few surfers as riders.
The surfer's name was not revealed, but four "Driver 2.0" clubs were shaped based on the given size.
It was Julian Wilson, Jordy Smith, Dane Reynolds and Mick Fanning.
In the end Julian Wilson couldn't make it but Jody, Dane and Mick ended up on the board.
The size was specified by the stub, so every board was different, but the volume was a mystery.
I shaped it based on the information I was given, but in the end, Driver 2.0 won.
I was lucky and it felt great.
Mick and Dane choose Driver 2.0 as number one
Jodie picked second place, so it was a near perfect win.
I was lucky that Stab in the Dark was released in December 2019.
Driver 2.0 was released in January 2020.
The response was quite large
The basic concept of the Driver 2.0 is a high-performance shortboard of the highest standard today.
Designed for high-level surfing in good waves
Not for surfing super small waves
Of course, if you're a good surfer, you can surf small waves.
But Driver 2.0 isn't designed for that.
To put it in extreme terms, a high-level surfer can get a really good wave.
It was designed for surfing in
A combination of single and double concave
The overall shape is a single concave with a double concave in the tail area.
Strong tail rocker with moderate nose rocker
Smoothly curved outline
Not too wide, just the right tail and nose
I've always wanted to surf like a pro, so I've been practicing and training.
This is a model that I would especially recommend to aspiring surfers.
That model is the "Driver 2.0"
