At the LOST headquarters factory, POLY boards are mainly produced using ARCTIC blanks.

That's why ARCTIC blanks are lined up everywhere at LOST's headquarters factory.

There are two AKU machines in the LOST headquarters factory.

The machine cutting is done efficiently by alternating the settings.

This is the board after it was finished being colored in the airbrush room.

Most of the boards are custom made. There are a variety of models available in a variety of unique designs and colors!

These are also boards that have been colored in the same way. This is a custom-ordered board from a Japanese customer! This is where the most time-consuming glass-making process begins. It will take a few more months to complete as the glass shop is very busy. The production is underway and we will complete and deliver it to the relevant customer. It will take some time, but please look forward to it.

Nishii has had small waves since the end of the year. The swell from the north has been coming in for the past few days, so I've been finding time to I surf in the evening when there are fewer people around and the tide is out, so the waves are good!
