Nishii reports from the LOST Surfboards California headquarters factory!
These are the marks posted in MAYHEM's shaping room.
Before printing, place it on a surfboard to check the size.
It is printed on a transparent sheet.
This is a board that was shaped in Mayhem's shaping room.
These boards have been colored and are about to be transported to the various glass factories.
In the control office inside the factory,
Preparations were underway for production of a custom-order board from Japan called the Red Card.
These were also boards that had been shaped and were then distributed to each glass factory.
These are the just arrived "ARCTIC Blanks".
There are two main types: green and yellow.
The tip of the nose is colored.
It's hard to see because it's tilted,
This is a poster of surfers from San Clemente from quite some time ago.
Now you are all at an age where you can be called legends.
This is the "AKU Machine." LOST owns two of these machines to cut the blanks.
There is also an "AKU machine" in our Japanese factory that produces MADE IN JAPAN QUALITY products.

Ian: Sub Driver 3.0 Swallow Tail (Light Speed II) - 5'10" x 19.25" x 2.37" x 28.50cl
Rob: Rad Ripper (Light Speed II) - 5'6" x 19.00" x 2.30" x 27.25cl
